Group Therapy for Neurodivergent Adults

Group Therapy At Get Psyched

Our therapy groups offer a supportive, affirming space for neurodivergent adults to explore identity, emotional health, and relationships with others who get it. Whether you’re navigating a late ADHD or autism diagnosis, moving through burnout, or seeking community around unmasking and self-trust: there’s a space for you here.

Each group is:

  • Led by a licensed, neurodivergent therapist

  • Virtual and open to adults in California and Maine

  • Small, closed-format for safety and connection

  • Rooted in trauma-informed, affirming care

Group therapy offers connection, perspective, and validation — especially for ND folks who’ve felt alone in their experiences for too long. You get to explore shared struggles, celebrate small wins, and try new ways of relating in a space that centers neurodivergent needs.

It’s not just therapy — it’s community.

What is Group Therapy?

Parenting While ND is a supportive, therapist-led group for autistic and ADHD parents who are navigating the beautiful, messy overlap of neurodivergence and caregiving. Together, we explore real-life strategies for emotional regulation, sensory overload, executive functioning, and the deep pressure to “get it right.” This group offers space to unmask, share freely, and connect with others who understand — no fixing, no shame, just support.

To ensure a safe and supportive fit, all group participants complete a 1:1 intake session with Crystal Britt, LCSW before joining. You’ll have a chance to ask questions, explore goals, and see if the group structure feels right for you.

Group fees and session details vary — please visit each individual group page for more info.
